Weatherdek was founded over 30 years ago in the rain laden climates of the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia coast, where waterproofing plays a large part in building design. The Weatherdek walk-able PVC membranes were developed to provide home owners, builders and designers an attractive, maintenance free, alternative to the ineffective coating and waterproofing systems of the time.
Since these early days much has changed in design and manufacture of building materials, but Weatherdek membranes continue to set the standard for waterproof outdoor flooring systems.
